- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Butter 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Coconut flakes 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Orange zest 1 tablespoon
- Starch film 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the streusel, rub together 100 grams of flour and 100 grams of butter with brown sugar, lime zest, and shredded coconut. Refrigerate while preparing the rest.
Step 2
For the dough, melt 150 grams of butter and mix it alternately with sour cream, powdered sugar, and the remaining flour. Roll out the dough into a sheet and transfer it to a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Combine the berries with cornstarch and distribute them over the dough. Sprinkle coconut streusel on top.
Step 3
Cover the pie with foil and place it in an oven preheated to 355°F for thirty minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional ten minutes, until golden brown.
