Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 glass
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Salt 0,1 teaspoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 1 glass
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Blackberry 15 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice ½ spoons
- Powdered Sugar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a round baking pan (about 23 cm in diameter) with butter. Lightly dust it with flour and shake off the excess.
Step 2
Sift the flour into a bowl, reserving 1 teaspoon, along with the baking powder and salt.
Step 3
In another bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar, reserving 1 teaspoon, until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Step 4
While whisking, gradually add the butter mixture to the flour mixture. Mix well and transfer to a baking pan.
Step 5
In a bowl, combine the blueberries, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of flour, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Spread the berries evenly over the dough and bake for about an hour, or until cooked through.
Step 6
Cool in the mold and transfer to a serving plate, berries side up. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
