Ingredients
- Tarragon 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Berries 1½ cups
- Donut Peaches 9 pieces
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Brown Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 teaspoon
- Corn Starch 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Butter 0 oz
- Ground Oats ¾ cup
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Wash and pit the peaches. Cut the peaches into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the blueberries, sugar, tarragon, and mix well.
Step 2
Grind the almonds into a flour-like consistency, add sugar, cinnamon, and blend again. Add the chilled butter and mix until smooth. Add the oats and place in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Mix a little water with the cornstarch until smooth. Add the fruit mixture. First layer the fruits, then the crumble topping. Bake until golden brown.
