Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Grease 12 muffin cups or line each with a paper liner.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix both flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Step 3
In another bowl, beat the egg with the egg white and add brown sugar, yogurt, orange zest, orange juice, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
Step 4
Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 5
Then add the blueberries and gently fold in.
Step 6
Pour the batter into the muffin cups and sprinkle sugar on top.
Step 7
Bake for 20–25 minutes until done and golden brown.
