Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Sugar 0 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
- Fresh Berries 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Cinnamon a pinch
- Brown Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 445°F.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix 15 g of flour, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon with a fork to create a crumb topping.
Step 3
Combine 100 g of flour with baking powder and sugar. Whisk together sour cream, oil, and egg.
Step 4
Combine and mix everything from step 3.
Step 5
Fill the muffin cups halfway with batter. Add blueberries and gently press them into the batter. Top with the crumb mixture.
Step 6
Bake for 11–14 minutes until golden brown.
