Description

Blueberry Jelly with Cherry

Ingredients

  • Frozen Raspberries 5 oz
  • Frozen Cherimoya Fruits 0 oz
  • Stevia Extract 1 teaspoon
  • Agar-Agar 0 oz
  • Ground Cinnamon to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour the blueberries and cherries into a heated non-stick dry skillet. Add about 50 grams of water and the stevia extract, stirring until the berries are completely thawed, about 3-4 minutes. Dried cherries can be used instead of frozen cherries.

Step 2

While continuing to stir, add the agar-agar and cook over low heat for another 3-4 minutes without boiling.

Step 3

Pour the resulting mixture into molds, about 120-130 grams per serving. Let cool at room temperature for 2-3 hours, avoiding sudden temperature changes (do not place in the freezer or refrigerator).

Step 4

After the jelly has set, carefully cut around the edge of the mold with a knife, turn the mold onto a cutting board, and tap on top to release the jelly from the mold.

Step 5

Before serving, sprinkle with cinnamon or powdered sugar, and you can garnish with berries and a sprig of mint.
