Ingredients
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 6 tablespoons
- Fresh Berries 10 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Milk 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix butter (60 g), honey, flour, sugar (2 tablespoons) and knead the dough. Evenly distribute in the baking dish, prick with a fork, and bake at 390°F.
Step 2
Make the cottage cheese filling: mix cottage cheese, sugar (2 tablespoons), vanilla, milk, and butter (3 tablespoons). Spread over the dough. Top with blueberries.
Step 3
Mix the remaining sugar and butter to make a crumble, sprinkle over the blueberries. Bake for 40 minutes at 355°F.
