  • Water ½ cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Fresh Berries 10 oz
  • Citrus Zest Mix 2 pieces
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1½ tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a pot, combine water, sugar, and zest. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves, and cook for 5 minutes without covering. Remove the zest.

Step 2

Add the blueberries and cook, stirring, for about 3-5 minutes until the blueberries start to burst. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice. Serve warm or at room temperature.
