Blueberries are a dietitian's favorite, the most harmless and yet very beneficial berry that can be purchased year-round due to its excellent growth in artificial conditions.
Ingredients
- Pears 20 oz
- Blackberry 20 oz
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Ground Oats 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the juice and zest of two lemons with honey and bring to a boil. Cook until the honey is completely dissolved in the juice.
Step 2
Dice the pear into small cubes and marinate it together with the oats in lemon juice mixed with honey for one and a half hours in the refrigerator.
Step 3
When serving, mix fresh blueberries with pickled pear and oatmeal.
