This is a great snack for a picnic; serve with crackers or toasted bread.
Ingredients
- Neuchâtel cheese 5 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Green onion tops 2 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Champagne Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine Neuchâtel cheese, parsley, finely chopped green onions, minced garlic, lemon juice, and vinegar. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Then add crumbled blue cheese, mayonnaise, and black pepper. Blend again and transfer to a bowl (you can add a little water to reach your desired consistency).
