Blondies with walnuts, white and dark chocolate
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Butter 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
- White Chocolate 0 oz
- Walnuts 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the nuts and chocolate coarsely. Sift the flour with baking powder and salt. Set aside.
Step 2
Melted butter is mixed with brown and vanilla sugar using a whisk.
Step 3
Add the eggs and mix until smooth. Add the flour mixture and knead the dough.
Step 4
Add the chocolate and nuts, and mix again.
Step 5
Grease a rectangular baking dish with vegetable oil and line it with parchment paper (make sure to do this!) so that you can later remove the cake by pulling on the edges. Transfer the dough to the dish and smooth it out.
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the surface is set and shiny with cracks.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and let it sit in the dish for 15 minutes. Then remove from the dish, place on parchment, and cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.
