Ingredients
- Gelatin 2 pieces
- Cottage cheese 15 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Sugar Substitute 3 tablespoons
- Almond 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take a bowl and pour cold water into it, add the gelatin and let it sit for a while.
Step 2
Heat 50 g of cottage cheese in a small saucepan, then add the gelatin.
Step 3
Before this, it should be thoroughly dried and squeezed so that it is swollen but not dissolved.
Step 4
Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Step 5
Place the remaining cottage cheese in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of the sugar substitute and the bitter almond extract.
Step 6
Whisk until smooth. Then add the cottage cheese with gelatin to this mixture.
Step 7
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white to a thick foam.
Step 8
Towards the end, add the remaining sweetener and whisk again.
Step 9
Then carefully pour it into the cottage cheese and distribute the mixture into 4 molds.
Step 10
Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
