  • Margarine 5 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Dried cranberries with sugar 5 oz
  • Vanilla salt 0 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cream the margarine with sugar. Add the egg and vanilla sugar. Mix the flour with baking powder and add it to the dough. Knead the dough. Carefully add the dried fruits and berries - raisins, dried apricots, etc.

Step 2

Place in a baking dish.

Step 3

Bake in the oven at 180–390°F for 40–60 minutes depending on the oven. Check readiness with a toothpick.

Step 4

Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top and decorate with berries.
