Blackcurrant Assortment with Cointreau and Honey
Baking and Desserts • French
Description
Cointreau can be replaced with blackcurrant liqueur Creme de Cassis. In this case, it is better to add sugar instead of honey, replace the orange with a red grapefruit, and do not use the zest.

- Red Currant 5 oz
- White Mulberries 5 oz
- Cointreau 2 teaspoons
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Oranges 1 piece

Step 4
Serve as a dessert salad, as well as with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
