Ingredients
- Serviceberries 10 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Cinnamon 0 oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Water 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the blackberries in a saucepan with sugar and cinnamon. Stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Add the white wine and cold water to the blackberry puree, mix, and pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
Step 3
Freeze for 2 hours, then stir with a fork to break up the crystals. Repeat this process twice, then leave in the freezer until completely frozen.
Step 4
Serve in frozen glasses, garnished with remaining berries.
