Ingredients
- Cream (40%) 1 cup
- Black Currant Jam 10 oz
- Powdered Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Berries 0 oz

Step 1
Pass the jam through a sieve into a bowl.
Step 2
In another bowl, whip the cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Then, gently fold in the jam while continuing to whip.
