Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 0 oz
- Starch film 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Kefir 15 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Raisins to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Mix the flour and baking soda. Add the other dry ingredients and stir.
Step 2
Add the kefir and mix thoroughly with a whisk (do not beat). Add the vegetable oil and mix again.
Step 3
Pour the batter into the mold (the batter should fill half of the mold, as the cake rises well).
Step 4
Bake for thirty to forty minutes (check readiness with a toothpick: if it comes out dry, the cake is ready).
