Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Frozen black currant puree 5 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Step 2
Add the butter (reserve 1 teaspoon for greasing the pan) and hold until the butter melts.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with the sugar.
Step 4
Pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring continuously.
Step 5
Add the flour (reserve 1 tablespoon for dusting the pan) and mix until smooth.
Step 6
Grease the pan with butter.
Step 7
Dust with flour.
Step 8
Pour the mixture into the pan.
Step 9
Top with the berries.
Step 10
Preheat the oven to 355°F and bake for 1 hour. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
