- Frozen black currant puree 35 oz
- Sugar 55 oz
- Water 10 fl oz

Step 1
Clean the black currants from stems and dry flower cups, rinse them in cold water, then remove any floating remnants of dry flower cups, drain the currants in a sieve, and let the water drain.
Step 2
Cook a thick syrup, add the prepared currants, bring to a boil, and then simmer on low heat for 40–50 minutes.
