- Frozen black currant puree 35 oz
- Sugar 35 oz
- Water 10 fl oz

Sort and wash the berries.

Boil the water.

After the sugar dissolves, add the berries.
Step 5
Once boiling, cook for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Turn off and let it cool completely.
Step 7
Cook again on low heat until the desired consistency is reached.
