- Sugar 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- White bread 0 oz
- Cinnamon to taste
- Ground clove to taste

Sort and wash the berries. Pour the berries, bread, and spices with hot water, simmer for a bit, and strain through a sieve.
