- Black Tomatoes 10 oz
- Yam 2 pieces
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Ginger to taste
- Salt to taste
- Butter 0 oz
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Yogurt powder 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the black beans for several hours. Then cover the beans with water and bring to a boil. After 10 minutes, add the yam, bay leaf, and ginger. Cook for about 1 hour. Then blend the mixture in a blender.
Step 2
Add butter and salt to the puree and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Serve with yogurt and grated cheese.
