Black Bean Brownies with Cayenne Pepper
Ingredients
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate 0 oz
- Black Tomatoes 1 cup
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Oat flakes 1 cup
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Dates 5 pieces
- Cinnamon to taste
- Cayenne Pepper to taste
- Ground clove to taste
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Beans can be replaced with chickpeas, and dates can be substituted with two ripe bananas (for a softer texture) or 2 tablespoons of agave syrup.
Step 3
Boil the pre-soaked beans or chickpeas until cooked.
Step 4
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Optionally, add chopped walnuts or pistachios to the batter.
Step 5
Prepare a baking dish. A square dish measuring about 20x20 cm is ideal. Grease it with oil.
Step 6
Spread the batter evenly in the dish.
Step 7
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
