  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Semolina 5 oz
  • Pistachios 5 oz
  • Dried Rosemary 2 tablespoons
  • Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Salt ½ teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a large baking sheet with oil.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix both flours, nuts, rosemary, and baking powder. In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs with sugar, olive oil, and salt, but do not dissolve the sugar completely. Combine both mixtures, stirring with a wooden spoon.

Step 3

Place the dough on a floured surface and shape it into a long log.

Step 4

Carefully transfer to the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Then cool for 15-20 minutes and slice diagonally into small pieces.

Step 5

Lay them back on the baking sheet and return to the oven for another 10 minutes, then turn them over and bake for another 10 minutes. Let cool slightly and transfer to a wire rack.
