Berry Yogurt Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Beans 1 piece
- Brown Sugar ½ cup
- Concentrated Cranberry Juice ½ cup
- Fresh Berries 15 oz
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Natural Yogurt 2 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, puree the berries until smooth. Strain through a sieve into a bowl, pressing to extract all the juice, until you have about 2 cups.
Step 2
In the blender, puree the banana and add the berry puree, sugar, orange juice, vanilla, and yogurt. Blend again until smooth.
Step 3
Transfer to an ice cream maker or container and freeze, stirring every hour.
