Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Egg white 9 pieces
- Frozen black currant puree 20 oz
- Starch film 0 oz
- Water 0 fl oz

Step 1
Mash the berries in a blender.
Step 2
Then strain through a sieve.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites, gradually adding sugar.
Step 4
Heat the berry puree over low heat.
Step 5
Dissolve the starch in water and add it to the berry mixture.
Step 6
Fold the whipped egg whites into the berry mixture.
Step 7
Then distribute the resulting mixture into small greased and sugar-dusted molds.
Step 8
Place the molds in an oven preheated to 355°F for 6–8 minutes.
