Description

I recommend using ice cream in paper bags — it melts slower and the packaging is incredibly interesting! Plus, it's very tasty — it contains a lot of cream and few preservatives. You can use regular tea biscuits or oatmeal cookies, both work well. You can also drizzle it with syrup.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry 5 oz
  • Marinated cherries 5 oz
  • Grapefruits 10 oz
  • Grated Chocolate 0 oz
  • Vanilla Ice Cream 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash and dry the fruits.

Step 2

Cut the strawberries into 2–3 halves. Slice the grapes in half lengthwise. Remove the pits from the cherries using a special spoon (or a small coffee spoon).

Step 3

In a dessert bowl, layer the strawberry slices, grape halves, and cherries. Top with ice cream and garnish with a mint leaf. You can sprinkle with grated chocolate or add cookies.
