Berry Pie with Philadelphia Cheese
Ingredients
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Philadelphia Cheese 0 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Citrus Zest Mix 2 teaspoons
- 10% cream 3 tablespoons
- Fresh Berries 10 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Whipped Cream 5 fl oz
- Raspberry leaves 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat the cheese and 0.5 cup of sugar. Then add the egg whites and lemon zest, mixing well. Add the flour, reserving 2 teaspoons, and the baking soda. Add the sour cream and lightly beat.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a round, greased baking pan (about 23 cm in diameter).
Step 4
In a bowl, gently mix 2 cups of berries, the remaining sugar, and 2 teaspoons of flour. Spread over the batter, leaving a small edge clean.
Step 5
Bake for 40–45 minutes until done. Cool and top with the remaining berries and decorate with whipped cream.
