
Berry or Tarragon Matzoni Jelly

Ingredients
- Matsoni 1⅕ l
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
- Blackberry 5 oz
- Doshab (Mulberry Syrup) 0 oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take the matzun and add sugar to it.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin separately in 300–400 ml of water, remove it from the water, and then melt it in the microwave.
Step 3
Add the gelatin to the matsoni. Next, you can add tarragon leaves, seasonal berries, and mandarins.
Step 4
Refrigerate for 2 hours, then cut into squares or circles and drizzle with a small amount of doshaba (mulberry syrup).
