Ingredients
- Red Grape Juice 15 fl oz
- Honey 0 oz
- Fresh Berries 5 oz
- Agar-Agar 1½ g
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the juice and honey in a saucepan, gently heat, and add agar-agar. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Step 2
Slightly cool the juice and strain it if any foam has formed.
Step 3
Pour the juice into the molds, and add fruits and berries to taste.
Step 4
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
Step 5
Once the jelly has set, it is ready to eat.
