Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Cardamom to taste
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
- Frozen black currant puree 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with sugar using a whisk or mixer.
Step 2
Add cottage cheese, softened butter, and ground cardamom.
Step 3
Knead thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 4
Add flour with baking powder. Mix thoroughly again.
Step 5
Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Spread half of the batter.
Step 7
Top the batter with berries mixed with sugar. Then spread the remaining batter on top.
Step 8
Bake in a preheated oven at 345°F until cooked through.
Step 9
Cool and serve.
