Ingredients
- Cream 1 cup
- Powdered Sugar ¾ cup
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Fresh Berries ½ g
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries), rinse them in cold water, and strain through a fine sieve. Mix the resulting puree with powdered sugar.
Step 2
Strain the cream into a saucepan, place it on ice or in cold water, and whip until thick foam forms.
Step 3
Add the berry puree mixed with sugar to the whipped cream and stir well, then, while continuing to stir, slowly pour in the gelatin dissolved in warm water.
Step 4
Quickly pour the resulting cream into molds.
