Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Milk 4 tablespoons
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder 5½ teaspoons
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Fresh Berries 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the berries and mix them with sugar (4 tablespoons), stir well and place in baking dishes (4 pieces).
Step 2
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, extract, and milk. Combine the two mixtures and add the melted butter. Pour the batter into the baking dishes.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes at 355°F.
Step 4
Serve with ice cream.
