Description

Not just dark or milk chocolate, but chocolate truffles are required as the base for this recipe, inspired by a restaurant in Gothenburg. However, regular chocolate works just fine too.

Ingredients

  • Frozen black currant puree 10 oz
  • 10% cream 10 fl oz
  • Canned Truffles 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare a sauce using chocolate truffles and cream in a small saucepan over a water bath. First, melt the chocolate, then add the cream — it should be at room temperature or even slightly warmed, to prevent the chocolate from experiencing thermal shock.

Step 2

Once the chocolate and cream mixture is ready, combine it with the thawed berries (such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.) and serve.
