- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Ricotta cheese 0 oz

- Heavy cream 10 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter, mix it with crushed cookies, spread it evenly on the bottom of the mold, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Crush the cookies in a blender and strain through a sieve. Whip the cream with raw sugar. Whip the cheeses with regular sugar. Soak the gelatin in water and heat to 50-60°C.
Step 3
Mix the melted gelatin with a small amount of the cheese mixture using a whisk, then add the remaining cheese mixture, whipped cream, and stir. Evenly spread the resulting mousse into the mold and refrigerate for 3 hours.
