Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Egg white 8 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Corn Starch 0 oz
- Vanilla Pod 0 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Fresh Berries 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the dough, beat the soft butter with sugar until white and fluffy, add the egg, and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
Step 2
Separately mix the flour with the baking powder. Pour the flour onto the table in a mound, make a well in the center, and add the first mixture, knead the dough and place it in the refrigerator to cool for 3–4 hours, so it becomes elastic like playdough.
Step 3
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, dusting with flour.
Step 4
Grease the mold with butter, dust with flour, lay the dough in the mold, and bake at 170–355°F for 20–25 minutes until cream-colored.
Step 5
For the cream, mix the yolk, sugar, and starch with a whisk until white.
Step 6
Bring the milk and vanilla sugar to a boil, pour a small amount into a bowl with the yolks, mix quickly, and pour back into the pot, bring to a boil and cook for 2–3 minutes, constantly stirring with a whisk. Cool the finished cream and spread it on the layers, then top with fresh berries.
