Berry Cake
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Sugar 1 cup
- Powdered Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons
- Milk ⅓ cup
- Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Fresh Berries 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar and powdered sugar.
Step 2
Pour in the oil, add the flour with baking powder, and mix. The batter will be quite thick.
Step 3
Grease the baking pan with oil. Sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs or flour. Place half of the batter in the pan.
Step 4
Spread half of the berries over the surface.
Step 5
In the remaining batter, pour in the milk, add cocoa powder, and mix.
Step 6
Pour it on top in the pan.
Step 7
Spread the second half of the berries over the surface.
Step 8
Place in a preheated oven (about 355°F).
Step 9
Bake for about 50 minutes.
