
Belgian Waffles with Ice Cream and Whipped Cream

Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Baking Powder 2 spoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream to taste
- Mint to taste
- Sweet Cream Butter to taste
- Vanilla salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Turn on the waffle maker.
Step 2
Cream the butter with powdered sugar.
Step 3
Add eggs and milk to this mixture. Gently stir.
Step 4
Gradually add the sifted flour, baking powder, lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix everything until smooth.
Step 5
Bake for 7–10 minutes. About 3 tablespoons per waffle.
Step 6
Place a scoop of ice cream on the warm waffle.
Step 7
Garnish with mint leaves and whipped cream.
