Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, lightly beat the egg yolks. Add the milk, butter, vanilla extract, and the flour mixture. Mix well.

Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold them into the batter.
