- Carrot 3 pieces
- Potato 4 pieces
- Milk 0 qt
- Garlic 3 cloves

- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the vegetables until soft. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Bring the milk to a boil with sugar, stir in the flour, and cook until thickened.
Step 3
Add the vegetable puree and salt. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
Step 4
After 10 minutes, add the butter and crushed garlic, mix thoroughly. Let it sit for 10–20 minutes, then stir again.
Step 5
Serve with sour cream.
