
Beet Caviar for Winter

Description
This recipe yields 2.5 to 3 liters of preparation.
Ingredients
- Beetroot 0 lbs
- Carrot 0 lbs
- Onion 25 oz
- Tomatoes 20 oz
- Garlic 1 head
- Mild Chili Spice ½ pieces
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 10 fl oz
- 9% Vinegar ½ spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Peel the garlic.
Step 3
Peel the beetroot, carrots, and onion, then chop them coarsely. Also, chop the tomatoes.
Step 4
Pass all the chopped vegetables, garlic, and chili pepper through a meat grinder.
Step 5
Transfer the vegetables to a pot. Add salt, sugar, and vegetable oil.
Step 6
Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 hours over low heat.
Step 7
Add vinegar 30 minutes before the cooking time is complete.
Step 8
Sterilize the jars and lids over steam for 15–20 minutes.
Step 9
Distribute the caviar into sterilized jars and seal them.
Step 10
Cover with a blanket until the jars are completely cool.
Step 11
Store in a cool, dark place. Serve with your favorite bread.
