Ingredients
- Sourdough Bread 15 oz
- Beetroot 10 oz
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Raisins 5 oz
- Margarine 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the stale bread into slices and lightly moisten with water.
Step 2
Peel the boiled beetroot, grate it on a coarse grater, add the eggs, raisins, and mix well.
Step 3
In a skillet greased with margarine, sprinkle the breadcrumbs, layer the bread, add the beet mixture on top, cover with another layer of bread, pour the egg mixture over it, and bake for 40 minutes at 390°F.
Step 4
Serve with sour cream.
