- Carrot 2 pieces
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste

Wash the vegetables, peel them, and slice them as thinly as possible using a cheese knife or a vegetable peeler.
Step 2
Lay the slices on absorbent paper and place it on an oven rack. Sprinkle with salt and dust with sugar.
Step 3
Dry the vegetables for 3 hours at a temperature of 120°F, keeping the door slightly open.
Step 4
