Beef Soup with Spinach

Ingredients
- Beef 5 oz
- Spinach 5 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 0 oz
- Rice 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the broth from the beef and strain it.
Step 2
Separate the meat from the bones and cut it into pieces.
Step 3
In the hot strained broth, add rinsed rice, finely chopped and sautéed onion in butter, salt, pepper, and simmer the soup on low heat.
Step 4
15 minutes before the rice is done, add rinsed coarsely chopped spinach leaves, toasted flour diluted with broth, and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Serve the soup, sprinkled with crushed walnut kernels.
Step 6
Serve the meat, cut into pieces, separately.
