  • Beef 5 oz
  • Lentils 0 oz
  • Potato 5 oz
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Clarified Butter 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Parsley to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Strain the beef broth, and cut the meat into pieces.

Step 2

In the strained broth, add the sorted and rinsed lentils, then add the pieces of beef, finely chopped and sautéed onion, diced potato, salt, pepper, and cook the soup until the lentils are ready.

Step 3

Serve the soup, garnished with finely chopped parsley.
