Beef Rice Soup
Ingredients
- Beef Shank 10 oz
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Boiled White Round Rice 0 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Parsley 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Water 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour water into a pot, add the pre-washed meat, and place it on the heat.
Step 2
After boiling, skim off the foam and reduce the heat.
Step 3
Simmer the broth on low heat until the meat becomes tender (approximately 50 minutes).
Step 4
Remove the meat from the broth, separate it from the bone, and chop finely.
Step 5
Slice the potatoes into rounds.
Step 6
Bring the broth to a boil, add the potatoes. After skimming off the foam, reduce the heat.
Step 7
Then separately boil the rice for 7 minutes until partially cooked.
Step 8
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, and chop the onion into small cubes.
Step 9
Add the chopped meat, vegetables, and partially cooked rice to the broth.
Step 10
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 11
Chop the parsley.
Step 12
After 5 minutes, add the parsley and turn off the heat.
