
Beef Pancakes

Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Non-alcoholic sparkling wine ½ l
- Milk ½ l
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 10 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Beef 5 lbs
- Onion ½ kg
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Combine flour, eggs, mineral water, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, and salt.
Step 2
Mix well.
Step 3
Heat the skillet and fry the pancakes until golden brown.
Step 4
Prepare the filling. Chop the onion into small cubes and sauté it in vegetable oil.
Step 5
Finely chop the beef and add it to the sautéed onions.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, then add butter.
Step 7
Stir well. The filling is ready!
Step 8
Place the meat in the center of the pancake.
Step 9
Fold the pancake into a pouch and secure it with a skewer or a green onion stalk.
Step 10
Serve!
