- Beef 20 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Carrot 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Parsley 2 pieces
- Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the washed meat, cleaned of sinews and membranes, into pieces and cover with cold water in a pot.
Step 2
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2.5 hours. Skim off the foam periodically.
Step 3
Add the sliced root vegetables and carrot to the broth half an hour before the cooking time is up.
Step 4
Add the sliced onion and black pepper to the broth 10 minutes before the cooking time is up.
Step 5
Salt the broth 5 minutes before the cooking time is up.
