Ingredients
- Kefir 10 fl oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Butter 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix kefir, softened butter, eggs (but leave one yolk for the filling), salt, flour, and baking soda that has been reacted with vinegar into a thick creamy dough. Place it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
For the filling, cut the processed cheese into cubes. Then add finely chopped garlic and mayonnaise. Mix everything together.
Step 3
Spread the dough in a baking dish, then layer the filling on top, brushing with the reserved yolk.
Step 4
Bake for 20–25 minutes at a temperature of 200–480°F.
