Description
Any fruits, nuts, and chocolate or coconut shavings can be used as decorations for the cake.
Ingredients
- Condensed Milk ½ can
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Water ½ cup
- Sour Cream 1 container
- Vanillin 0 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 3 cups
- Sugar 1 cup
- Butter 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rub the butter (1 tablespoon) with sugar, add vanillin, sour cream, and mix in the baking soda that has been quenched with vinegar. Gradually add 2 cups of flour and knead the dough.
Step 2
Pour 1 cup of flour onto a cutting board, place the dough on top, and knead it together with the flour on the board. Divide the resulting dough into 2 parts.
Step 3
Place the dough into two equally sized round baking pans and bake the layers at medium temperature until a brown crust forms.
Step 4
Prepare the honey syrup by mixing 1 tablespoon of honey with ½ cup of hot water. Soak the cooled layers with the syrup.
Step 5
Boil a can of condensed milk, then mix the softened butter (250 grams) with half of the prepared condensed milk. Spread the resulting cream on the layers.
Step 6
Place the finished cake in the refrigerator for one to two hours, then decorate to taste.
